Simple, transparent nonprofit fees
Payment processing: PurposePass ticket fees shown above are separate from any fees or checkout terms imposed by the organization's selected payment provider. Zeffy currently charges nonprofits no platform, transaction, or credit-card processing fees and may instead present purchasers or donors with an optional contribution to Zeffy at checkout. That optional Zeffy contribution is separate from any donation made to the nonprofit and separate from the PurposePass ticket fee. Other providers, including Stripe, PayPal, and Square, may charge their applicable processing fees. Provider pricing and terms are determined by the provider and may change.
How fees work
PurposePass ticket fee: charged according to the selected PurposePass plan on paid tickets only, with the published per-ticket cap applied to plan-based pricing.
Donations and sponsorships: PurposePass does not take a percentage platform fee; payment-provider terms may still apply.
Zeffy: a purchaser may see an optional contribution to Zeffy. It is not a donation to the nonprofit and is not a PurposePass fee.

Actual provider charges, negotiated rates, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, ticket mix, and order size can differ.
