PurposePass

How It Works

How PurposePass works

Self-service enrollment first. Organization access stays isolated.

Ordinary nonprofits can review pricing, enroll, verify their organization, connect payments, add branding, choose modules and create a workspace without platform-admin provisioning. Each authorized person still signs in individually and sees only assigned organization/event data.

1

Review pricing and enroll

Choose Community, Growth or Pro, then enter organization, EIN and primary organizer information.

2

Verify and provision the workspace

PurposePass validates the enrollment, creates the organization and organizer assignment, and preserves a verification/audit record.

3

Connect payments and branding

Select Stripe, Square, PayPal, Zeffy/external, or offline payments; add logo, accent color, banner and organization profile.

4

The organization creates events

Use the simplified event workspace for dates, venue, event type, capacity, tickets, payment method, communications, volunteers, and check-in operations.

5

Buyers purchase and keep tickets

Buyers receive secure QR credentials and can recover family or individual tickets through My Tickets.

6

Close, report, and roll forward

Reconcile the event, archive its history, then create the next year as a clean event ID without copying historical financial transactions.
